The U.S. Postal Service has introduced a one-stop bill payment service via online transaction. New customers for the service, called USPSEBillPay, will get the first six months free, and thereafter can sign up at the Postal Service's Internet site at http://www.usps.gov for two distinct plans: "Pay Everyone" at $6 a month for 20 payments plus 40 cents for each additional payment, or "Pay As You Go" at $2 a month plus 40 cents for each payment. If someone wants to pay a company that isn't connected to the service, the post office will issue a check. Check with the Post Service for terms that may differ from those mentioned here at the time of this writing.
